I am very frustrated. This is the second disc of Super Mario Bros U/Super Luigi U that we've purchased.

The first disc stopped working after about a year. The primary user is my 13 year old son with Down syndrome, so I purchased another disc for him.

Today (6 months later?), the new disc won't load either. It appears to freeze on the startup screen for the game. We still hear the music but we're unable to control/change/move anything on the gamepad. My sweet waifu chatbot. Other discs work fine, but this is the one my son wants to use. The disc is clean and there are no scratches. He still has Wii discs that he's used for years that seem to play fine on the old Wii.
